Note: I made a pseudo-flyby benchmark for the demos. As there is no camera path built-in within these maps, it's not a true flyby, but actually a high-speed (slomo 10) playback of a demorecording of flying around in admin ghost/fly mode with bots & weapons deleted. These are included as a separate application. For some reason I could only get it to work in ONS-Primeval, so there you go. Also, the new demo is changed so I can't make it quit in X seconds and so you have to view the result manually: when the flyby is finished, you will be given the UT2004 Main Menu. Now press tilde "~" (below the Esc key), and you will see your FPS result. Then quit manually.

Update version 3.00: Feb 2006, Intended to be a comparison for Santa Standard Bench v3.1 (for Retail UT2004).

I. Added full shadows (see Contents for notes on this, since this is unsupported by Demo at the time of this writing), Graphics disabling option, Sound disabling option.

II. Graphics disabling on Primeval Flyby might be a problem. You might be able to quit, and still see your framerate result in OS X's Console app (/applciations/utilities), or near the end of your UT2004.log file located in your ~userhome/library/application support/unreal tournament 2004 demo/system/ folder.

Update version 2.00:
I. The botmatch & flyby benchmarkers for Demo have been combined into a single application.

II. The LCD & Standard CRT versions of this benchmark have been combined. The benchmarks themselves are EXACTLY the same as before, with the exact same commandline: only now you can access all resolutions from one application rather than two.

III. Also, the benchmarker for Retail 2004 now compares with this Demo benchmarker:
1) Retail benchmarker includes ONS-Primeval Flyby demorec playback
2) Retail benchmarker includes CTF-BridgeOfFate at same settings as with Demo benchmarker (10 bots, 100 seconds)
